Jess has worked as a PT and Nutritionist since 2014,
Working with clients in individual and small group PT, running Mum and Bub's classes, and specialising in offering Food and Fitness Coaching packages.
She then took a break in 2020 to restore her fertility and rediscover what health really looks like. She discovered the size and appearance of your body doesn't matter nearly as much as the fitness industry leads you to believe. For the next 3 years while becoming a mother, she has been on a journey working out how her new knowledge and experiences fit into a more balanced approach to health.
So here she is back in the fitness industry to help empower Mum’s as their bodies are going through one of the biggest transition of their lives.

Working with Jess during our intro session was so helpful for me to start understanding my post-partum body. She is so knowledgeable on the strain/stress pregnancy can cause on our bodies, and worked with me using some gentle exercises to assess where my body is at. Knowing Jess has her SRE certification gives me peace of mind to know that the instruction and exercises Jess is guiding me with are well suited to where my body is at. I’ve been at different fitness programs before, but most of the times I missed my classes with being a Mum always bringing surprises to the daily routine. But, now I know my PT is knocking at the door and I don’t need to put all the effort in to be at the gym or not miss my classes. The chance of missing my classes is almost 0% After setting some fitness and health goals with Jess and working on my postnatal weak muscles, I totally can see the difference in my body. This makes me so motivated and energetic to continue my fitness routine more than ever before. My favourite part of each session is Jess’s dedication to each session plan, and her position corrections in each movement which makes a huge impact on fat burning and doing the exercises correctly. I heard about Jess on a community group and again I’m so happy I chose her over other recommended PTs. ❤️

My initial introductory session with Jess today was very informative, in a relax environment. My introductory session with Jess was great. I felt comfortable opening up to her and setting some goals that we could work towards together in future sessions. Jess was patient with me and took the time to assess where I was at on my postpartum journey. She is knowledgeable and shared a lot with me on the importance of moving my body correctly. I’m really looking forward to starting the small group PT classes!
