Philosophy

Caren is a Mum of 2 boys and passionate about fitness and pelvic health. She started Empower Me Fitness after her second baby and developing pelvic organ prolapse. Caren is passionate about providing Mums with the right knowledge, support, environment and motivation to feel strong, confident and be the healthiest version of themselves at this stage in their lives.

MumSafe Trainer Caren Van Gastel has made my return to exercise following pregnancy safe and effective. Caren has a wealth of knowledge regarding the post partum body especially pelvic floor health which is so so important! She is always enthusiastic and her work outs are fun and effective.
