Lisa's mission is to give ladies and mums a supportive environment alongside education about their bodies to reset and rebuild from the inside out. Lisa is a mother of 2 active teen boys and understands how strong you have to be to be a mother both physically and mentally. Body Reset Fitness was born out of the awareness that some ladies do not feel comfortable in a gym environment, they are not sure where to start or they need to be in an environment whereby they feel welcomed, comfortable, safe, included and seen.
Lisa incorporates lifestyle factors, works alongside allied health professionals and has a network of support ready for her clients. Lisa has built an amazing Community of ladies whose main aims are to feel strong, move more, be a support to each other, listen and motivate and have some laughs and fun.

At Body Reset Fitness we want you to start feeling amazing and learn the right tools to do that just! Lisa has been a keen gym goer since her early 20s. When Lisa's eldest son was diagnosed with numerous health conditions following a traumatic birth, she learnt more about movement patterns, stimulus and the like for Cerebral Palsy to help her son. Shortly after his first birthday he was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes . Lisa was also already working in the fitness industry from 2008 whilst the boys grew up helping a prenatal/postnatal fitness business in Administration/Management so she started working with Dieticians to learn all about what food can do for your body!
This is where she started to begin the dream of "Body Reset Fitness" a place where the level of care stands out, nurturing environment, inclusion and acceptance in an environment whereby all ladies and mums can exercise and have some much needed "me" time. Learn to be strong both mentally and physically and be supported. Love training with Lisa! Sessions are fun, but challenging and Lisa is genuinely interested in helping each client reach their goals. Particularly love the extra info she provides helping us out with some healthy, but interesting meal ideas and correct ways to fuel our body to get the most of our workouts. Definitely recommend joining Lisa's team!

Lisa has made such a difference to my physical life! Three years ago I joined her group training, after having a complete ankle reconstruction. Lisa has worked with me to regain strength and mobility as well as awareness of my body and its connections. I work with her now in group sessions and PT. The level of care and interest Lisa provides is immeasurable. She works alongside my physiotherapist for complete all-round care. I now have physical strength in my 40's that I didn't know was possible in my 20's. Forever grateful.

I have found a new place in my hometown. She is all about technique and strength training. The Trainer has said I must have had a great PT in the past as my technique was fantastic. So thanks for being such an awesome trainer. Missing your sessions Though.

I didn't quite realise the positive impact of my training with BRF until I needed to pause for a few months and then COVID hit. My anxiety was high and mood low. I have gained weight and have noticed I have lost fitness and strength. I have also missed the social and supportive side. Can't wait to get back into it.

Lisa, Thank you! Seriously! I was just running around the oval and ran home with the kids and I am not puffed out! I have always hated cardio for so long (as you know) but this has made me feel so good. A goal of min was to be able to run 5 km by the end of this year without stopping and I reckon I will be able to !
