Rachel is an Advanced Postnatal Wellness Practitioner, who founded her own business in 2018 after becoming a mum herself, offering group exercise and one on one coaching both in person and online. Most recently she has set up a Run Club for mums of all ages and stages returning them to running safely. Her approach caters for all fitness levels, setting healthy habits, resulting in mums becoming more mentally and physically stronger together.

After baby no 2 I was eager to get back into exercise, but also nervous as I have had a few friends experience problems as a result of going too hard, too soon. I got up early one morning after a particularly long night with the kids and was absolutely exhausted and lacking the drive to attend the session. I did anyway. Afterwards I was so glad I did. Best way to re-energise and mentally prepare for another day. In short it was exactly what I needed.

Through her knowledge, patience and understanding of what life throws at you she has helped me achieve so much. We have closed my abdominal separation, I can now jump on the trampoline with my son without wetting my pants, I can now hip thrust nearly my whole body weight (amazing what our bodies can do). After 3 pregnancies and very little exercise my body was very weak. I was very unfit. I joined and have been amazed by the outcomes I have achieved. Rachel is amazing and knows your limits. I love the community she is creating for like minded mamas to not only get fitter and feel better about themselves, its also a space to talk and have fun.
