About the Author

Jo's on a mission to empower women to get free of diet culture and feel fit, strong and connected to their bodies through pregnancy and beyond. Jo helps women find the exercise or movement they enjoy and makes exercise accessible for all, no matter where you are on your parenthood journey.

For too long women have lacked support, education and solutions for a range of health issues when they embark on the road to motherhood. Becoming a mother is a time when women need the support of a range of professionals to guide them. Jo and the team at Unearthed Vitality are part of your support crew to ensure you move safely, understand your body and exercise in a safe and supportive environment.

Jo understands that women are often the last on their own to do list and supports them to make small, meaningful changes to their health that add up to making a big difference to both physical and mental health.

You'll often hear Jo say "it's gotta be fun" and at her small fitness studio FUN is a priority. She is very lucky to have a community of mums that love working out together while having a laugh.
