Many common weaknesses found in women can last way beyond the 6-week post-natal check and returning to exercise safely is crucial for every woman’s long-term health and wellbeing.

Focusing on rebuilding from the inside out, stretching, mobilising and strengthening those areas most affected by pregnancy and caring for a family is the focus of every program, as well as understanding how an individual's lifestyle may be impacting on their health and well-being.

A strong foundation means woman have choices with how she uses her body, whether that be returning to activities she enjoyed prior to having a baby, attempting new physical challenges or simply just enjoying life with her family without fear of pain or social embarrassment.

To ensure this is achieved, every women that trains with Jody is checked for abdominal separation, given guidelines around pelvic floor and deep abdominal activation and is treated as a friend, an individual, provided with the support, encouragement and knowledge to thrive as both woman and a mother.

Women that work with Jody have fun as well as working hard and leave feeling like they are becoming a stronger, fitter and healthier version of themselves!
